Lips augmentation

Commissures
The furrow from the ends of the lips to the chin is called commissures. How can it be corrected?
There are three different ways:
- By injecting hyaluronic acid into the groove, correcting it completely. The treatment is done in 20 minutes and its duration – depending on the quantity of the hyaluronic – is 1 year to 1 year ad a half. The result obtained is totally natural.
- By injecting hyaluronic acid with lifting effect at the angle of the lower jaw and the middle third of the face. The result is also 1 to 1 year and a half.
- With thread tensions, 3 threads are applied – they dissolve once the effect ends – to tighten the commissures area. With this variant you get a few months of duration.

Normally the nasolabial fold is produced by a slight flaccidity of the malar area (cheekbone), the best way to correct it is by injecting very dense hyaluronic acid (injection in the inner layer of the skin) in the upper area of the cheekbone, touching almost the scalp and other injection in the middle of the cheekbone, above the bone and below the musculature.
Hyaluronic acid stretches the malar area and decreases the depth of the groove. If there is no flaccidity in the area of the cheekbone, cross-linked hyaluronic acid can be injected directly into the groove at a medium depth of the skin. The result can last from 1 year to 1 year and a half. In addition to correcting the furrow, it serves to moisturize the skin.
Cheekbones augmentation
We can get an augmentation with dense cross-linked hyaluronic acid, but in a balanced manner. Depending on the facial anatomical silhouette, you should never increase excessively the cheekbones to correct wrinkles or flaccidity, only when there is a decrease in the malar area (cheekbone) and a facial balance is needed.
The approximate duration of hyaluronic acid in the face, with good results, ranges between 1 year and a half and 2 years. To get the right results, always inject natural products, as it will improve the quality of the skin in addition to achieving the desired increase. On the other hand, if you inject semi-permanent or permanent products, natural results will never be obtained, since they produce fibrosis (hardening) and over time, the cheekbone would decay instead of improving.
Chin augmentation
They are corrected when there is an asymmetry with the rest of the face, it is a quick and easy treatment to get good results. We get them when we follow the silhouette, when it is not, the balance or asymmetry has not been achieved, and the face will look deformed.
To achieve the chin augmentation, dense cross-linked hyaluronic acid is injected, and a very natural and harmonic result is obtained. Its duration is approximately 2 years.
